Certainly, at the extreme, there are creative geniuses who neglect their families and suffer from self-neglect.
So inherent problems are about being responsible more broadly, and addressing the mundane issues that sustain everyday living. It is also necessary to overcome desires for admiration or social approval that can only mar or limit creative achievements.
